really good facilities
efficient check-inwonderful spasewage odor
the hotel was super clean and the service was top notch. checking in was easy despite it being busy and efficient. i used the spa and it was excellent plus the pool was busy but the drinks were strong.
i told several staff and it got better the last day.

i liked my spacious suite , it was functional and clean. there were robes and slippers available , along with toiletries. i felt safe all around , i loved the suite accommodations. the atmosphere was nice , and the staff was pleasant.
i noticed the pool hours end quite early , especially with the hot weather.

the resort not sketchy at all. all of the staff seemed very willing to help, a nice touch. i found the resort's restaurants and location very convenient for accessing everything nearby. it was nice.
i experienced a slight inconvenience. the hotel was very crowded, it made moving around a bit difficult.

The hotel features multiple pools with many loungers available, including a shaded section. Perfect for relaxation, however the pool area did get crowded at times. multiple restaurants and many shopping options are available within the complex.

My suite was spacious with comfortable beds. the air conditioning worked perfectly. A great relief from the desert heat. the room included a separate sitting area, offering extra space to unwind and relax after a day of exploring.
